Who remembers that YouTube viral video about shoes from the 2007? #sorrynotsorry for everyone that had suppressed the memory of this video. Instead of my face for #WellfieWednesday, I feel like I need to bring attention to the importance of shoes and your feet. **Disclaimer: I am going to say that I encourage you to… Continue reading Oh My God, Shoes
Happy #WellfieWednesday! I'm back and not quite ready to return to the weekly post life but gotta start somewhere, right? Since I'm still in the middle of wanting to rebrand I'll keep it short, sweet, and to the point (which we all know is not my style at all). Luckily the team I collaborate with… Continue reading The Physical Effect of Travel (Part 1)
It's National Bike to Work Week!! May 15-19, 2017* (It seems like every day has a national holiday but I am fully behind this one as it promotes movement, health, wellness, and greener forms of transportation.) I was recently talking with a friend about how… Continue reading What’s Your Chronotype?
This week I wrote my weekly wellness tip about walking for another website! My life is getting so exciting, oh my gosh, I am so cool. Also, I felt that my typical style of soaking my writing in sarcasm would not be a) appropriate or b) fit into the style of that space so feel… Continue reading Walk This Way

(Victory!) then keeled over and died.
